I'm an owner of the Neewer 16 inches/41 centimeters Aluminum Standard Reflector Beauty Dish. A very useful tool that I have in my tool kit. It's on almost all the shoots that I do.
I've showcased some behind the scenes where I used this beauty dish.
The best thing about this tool is the price and the quality. In comparisons to the more expensive ones out there, this is good enough for the needs I use it for. It gives me options to soften light from my light units that accept Bowens Mount. The additional sock is great for even softening up the light even more.
The only issue I have with this tool is the center ring will have a soft shadow when used towards a wall. You can clearly see it. But if you pull back further enough, it fades away or if you use the sock.
