Black and White Calendar 2011
Last year, one of my assignments from a film class was to shoot, process, develop, and create images from black and white prints. I chose the subject iconic liquor stores signage. Documenting aging signs appeals to my taste at the moment, as gentrification and new development take over the history of that store.

It was a year ago I started this project, it's strange to see a couple of the stores close down since then. It's sad to see them go, I just hope they never tear down the building or take down the signs.
